The Key aspects of Golden City are this: they have built for the adept masters who have opened their consciousness and brain use to much fuller capacity than the average human. One Star Diner is a concept of an older looking building that normally the street pedestrians would not really notice with a look kept about the building that it is closed for some sort of future renovation that never takes place. A high technology allows for access through the front of the building or back; the front has a sliding panel to all allow the master to enter from outside discreetly after 11 PM only. Inside the main room is a holographic lighting system which changes wall colors nightly and features a basic pedestal seemingly from nowhere that is there hovering with an item changed nightly to entice the entry sequence on the adjacent wall that usually holds an encryption in light once the pedestal item is engaged in order for the guest to enter the One Star Diner (a played down, low key name to avoid interest in the establishment by the lay person who is not an active participant). Once engaged the holographs playing on the wall facilitate partly the teleportation through the wall which goes transparent into the diner . Inside we see five star dining which is hidden an eclectic restaurant with a full bar that has holographic gold stars floating from the ceiling emitting golden light with a highly modern stylish atmosphere of fine dining made a little more casual and festive because of the lounge like atmosphere and the bar. The waitresses are dressed in slick little suits with mini skirts and tailor fitted jackets in white or light color is the concept with squared pill box hats for example as one option to look fresh and crisp. They are modern looking but slightly retro curled or done up hair and makeup may be used bright lipstick etc. for a very modern look with a retro style of the pin up girls from the 40’s to 50’s for this chic five star ‘diner’ called the One Star Diner. See Christina Aguilera video Candy Man with shorter skirts and pill box hats that ‘feel’ with more modernism is what the look for the waitresses is the written concept. Suits may have more modern lines than in the video but be form hugging to accentuate a nice figure the waitresses have and bright dazzling smiles. Waitresses attitude is of confidence like adept masters which they are also to work there. Elegant quilted rounded diner booths transparent and lit up with table same; piped fiber optic lighting through the place transparent lit up from underneath table tops whatever the designers come up with for this reoccurring set to make it look retro five star diner hot futuristic is the concept.

The Blue Room is described in the show as andromedans size rounded white illuminated faux quilted style, curved booth and table with light effects for Andromedan visitors seat six. It is hidden behind a holographic light curtain from the rest of the restaurant for their privacy. See photos of 'lighting 'effect' in transparent material to build into the rounded booth design.

Same with the bar area lit up with lights and transparent Lucite or like it may be the look also for example blue lights and some furnishings with gold like the holographic stars golden city has gold lit up in places like our neurology is suggested of adept masters who turn uv blue and gold during hyperspace phenomenon like some of the modern news stages have used and other venues even the Oscars who have stunning visuals re use of lights for inspiration also for Luna as well as some musical top performers who toured in concert.
